On Job Shadowing Day, Brynn, a business education student from Fallston High School, spent the day at Gerety Insurance to gain firsthand experience in the insurance industry, marketing strategies, and customer service excellence.She split her day with Sully Gerety, Commercial Insurance Advisor and Jennifer Contino, Marketing and Communications Specialist.
Brynn’s day was packed with learning opportunities, from shadowing Sully to explore how insurance policies are crafted to meet clients’ unique needs to working alongside Jenn in understanding how effective marketing strategies drive community engagement and business growth. The hands-on experience also included a deep dive into the critical role customer service plays in maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
