This milestone reflects Sully’s unwavering commitment to the agency’s growth, his passion for the insurance industry and his dedication to serving the community.

For Sully this achievement is more than just a professional advancement, it is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. Unlike many, who shift career aspirations over time, Sully always knew he wanted to be an insurance advisor. He was reminded of this when a former classmate’s parent recently recognized him and inquired about his career. With great pride, he was able to say that he had indeed followed his childhood ambition.

“Not many people get to say they became exactly what they dreamed of as a child, but I’m fortunate to be one of them,” Sully shared. “I always looked up to my dad and wanted to follow in his footsteps. Now, as Vice President of Gerety Insurance, I am honored to continue our legacy and help grow the agency while maintaining the values that have earned us the trust of our clients.”

Over the past five years, Sully has played a pivotal role in enhancing the agency’s operations. He has led efforts to implement new standards, streamline workflows, and modernize internal systems to improve efficiency. His prior experience at JP Morgan’s Private Bank provided him with valuable financial expertise, which has been instrumental in optimizing the agency’s internal processes.
